The guy in alterations told my fiance that his pants would be ready at 7pm. I called and he said they were ready which was about 6:20. I got there and the were not ready. I finally got the pants at 7:45 there was another man there to pick up and it was his 2nd trip there because his suit wasn't ready. Gas is too high to be going back and forth. He should be truthful to customers and say give them 24-48 hours to do alterations. Then they would not have to rush. Other than alterations, the other staff is fine.
