I shopped in this Ross recently and found that it’s like most all other stores right now. Just not enough good help/employees to make it a good experience. You have to really search to find your correct size in clothing and sometimes the sizes are not in the right place. But when you do find something you like, it’s nice to be able to try it on in their dressing room. They do have good prices and sometimes you can find a great deal on a name brand product. The shelves in the other departments are a little unorganized. Getting checked out is not always a pleasant experience. You usually have to wait in a long line for 1, or 2 cashiers if you’re lucky, while another 1-2 employees stand around pretending to work. I’m a patient person and think it’s worth the trouble to find a good deal, so I’ll give this store a 4 star rating.

I love Ross I have a hard time not getting stuff when I come here the prices are fair. The clothes are nice. You can find a lot of name brand stuff here too and the furniture is always so unique.

I don’t know who the manager of this location is but they must be the worst managers in the history of retail… stood at the front at the watch display for probably about 15 minutes trying to get some help at looking at some watches… there’s probably 15 people in line and 50 people in the store… One associate at the front working the one line that’s open to check out and not another employee in sight… as someone who’s worked in retail in years past this is extremely frustrating… this location is either extremely understaffed or extremely mismanaged… other than that Ross is a great place to find name brands for well under retail if you can ever actually have the opportunity to purchase anything

I actually like shopping here for men’s clothing, specifically jeans and pants. They’ve got a decent selection that is pretty affordable... Pro tip: sign up for the emails so you will know what is “buy one get one 50% off etc.” I try to avoid buying anything here unless it’s on sale.
