This was one of the Worst shopping experience I have ever had ! I first must say , I’m not suppose to lift or hold a certain weight at one time , with this being said; old navy , wth are your shopping carts ??!!! I struggled throughout my visit at your store; trying to hold my purse , hold my selected items & look through your unorganized store! This was very painful. It got to the point to where I had to go back in forth to your counter to get them to hold my selected items & then go back & try to shop for more. This was a stressful experience rather than enjoyable !!! I finally finished & had to wait for your cashier to figure out what she was doing and what sizes meant. Had to wait again & pay twice for a missed item & not hold up the line. The cashier stuffed all 3 shorts , 3 shirts , 4 sandals & 1 pair of jeans in one bag, only to figure out the bag was too small. She attempt to put the items in another bag only to realize that the bag was old and had a hole in it. By now I’m frustrated and had the cashier to give me two bags so I could fold my own clothes & bag my own items. I stopped shopping In this store awhile ago & only stopped by because it was near my home. A poor decision I made. Old Navy do better at this location, it’s a mess!

I wish Old Navy would stock more size 14 long pants. The racks are full but 2 size 14 long? Some of us are tall! Also, you're starting to be like Wal-Mart with the long lines and closed registers.
