My husband and I had a good visit. We didn't wait long which helped because my husband is impatient. He is a new patient and we were in and out within a hour. Disappointed after one week😒 Now that I am a patient the they will not call me back in a timely manner. Referred us to a surgeon that doesn't accept our insurance. Thought they would consider insurance acceptability when referring us. Automated phone service is awful! No live person to talk to you have to leave a message for all inquiries. The option to leave message for last names beginning with a-g extension doesn't work it automatically takes you the main menu again, ugh!

This office drives me crazy. You can never get a person to answer the phone, even during office hours. The recording says they're open M-Th at 7:30. The recording is still on during office hours and no one answers. Additionally, no one ever responds to prescription requests from ExpressScripts. I always have to message the Dr office to tell them to approve it. I would call, but no one would answer. When they do call back after leaving a message, it's always after they close, and if you miss the call, you won't be able to return it because no one will answer. I had an issue with billing for a visit that was coded wrong a couple of years ago, and it was a total nightmare. I finally just drove there during my lunch and demanded to speak with the office manager, who was still not helpful. I do like the nurse practitioner that I see, Jennifer Gillis, but the office management has driven me to looking for another provider.

The telephone staff at this office acts as though they are put out by doing the job. Specifically Demetrica is so rude and has the worst costumer service. She should probably stay home rather than come to work with clients that actually need her to do her assigned job.
