If I could do no stars I would. This company brought the wrong glass twice. Twice. No one called to confirm after seeing the first order was messed up. No call to say on the way. Now we are waiting weeks again for ignorance. I will not recommend this business or any safelite service.

A rock hit my jeeps windshield and caused it to crack. The crack spread over 8 inches within 48 hours of the crack. I made an appointment at Safelite in Hickory via the internet. When i got to Safelite, i was greeted by Zachary and Jennifer with professionalism, empathy and willingness to assist me. Zachary confirmed my name and details about my new windshield (my little jeep sticker not being there on my new windshield). Zachary got started on my Jeep immediately, i went inside and had the pleasure to speak with Jennifer when she got a break from the phone ringing off of the hook. I had a seat in the lobby, expecting it to be lengthy. Zachary had my windshield complete in less than 30 minutes!!! When he come back in, i thought something was wrong, he said "alright sir, you are all done". I said WHAT?!?!?! He informed me what NOT to do within the next 24-48 hours, i paid and i left. By far the BEST customer service, quickest windshield change and professionalism i have ever received. I hope i never have to use Safelite again but if i ever have a window problem, i FOR SURE will go see Jennifer and Zachary again... I wished i could do more than 5 stars. Great job guys, i appreciate everything you helped me with today.
