It was a little cluttered and disorganized, however, that is to be expected given that it is a second hand store. I really feel like there could be a better way yo organize a lot of the items in the store to prevent shelves from looking like they do.

Desperately needs more cashiers and shopping carts. There’s always only one cashier when in a rush and the checkout line is usually long because of that. Also, if it’s even close to a busy time there will be no carts. Good selection otherwise, wish there were more skirts (this one is weak in that department compared to other goodwills), but this one does have a lot of shoes!

Not good, but not bad either. It’s obviously hard to “manage” a Goodwill, so I’m not ripping on them, the experience could have been better. Most Goodwills we visit are better organized, and not in such disarray. It’s obviously hard to manage a Goodwill.
