I have genuinely defended this company in the past but not filling up a loyal customer when asked 4 days before a major snow storm is pretty thoughtless and unforgivable. We are going to freeze. No Bueno friends!

Always have a good experience when I call asking questions. Also when my propane is delivered it is on time and the delivery driver is nice and courteous.

Horrible customer service. They took our tank for months and never filled it lost it once, then made excuses that an employee was sick, then their machine didn't work. Don't do business with them.

I don't believe they rent the equipment. They do the oxygen cylinders, and the liquid equipment. But it would probably be a good idea to call them they may have changed their policies. It's been three years since I work there.
