I love this storage it’s always clean and when my situation happened I was upset sad and Ms Pearl embraced me not knowing me and told me it was going to be okay she was kind, patient and treated me as if I was a family member . Pearl is wonderful ! Love this store just don’t love the price! Always been a Life Storage supporter but I just got a email with another increase on my unit. (2 this year). The only reason I’m still using them is both Prairieville locations have great people working there that go above and beyond to keep their customers happy!
