I feel so lucky to have found Dr Melissa Boylan at Noreta Family Medicine. I’m a woman in my early 30s and I’ve gone a decade overlooking the importance of a primary care doctor and trying to keep up my health with over the counter supplements. Blindly guessing. Not having insurance has also made my search extremely daunting. In one of many desperate attempts to find a good doctor who would see me without insurance, I found Dr Boylan. I know that becoming a patient at Noreta has changed the course of my life for the better. It’s the most important decision that I’ve made in my adult life. Dr Boylan makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. A doctor who CARES. My overall health is improving in ways I hadn’t thought possible and I could not be more grateful.

Let me start off with this, I have insurance. Really good insurance. This is a no insurance physician You pay to enroll, then 70.00 month. I was able to talk to Dr. Boylan and explain what I had going on. She listened. She really listened to all my concerns and didn't try to rush me out of the office. That right there should be a reason to go. She gave her honest opinion and let me make the best decision. The blood work is affordable and if she doesn't have the medicine in the office, which is affordable, she will write you a RX. If you have insurance you can still use it. Dr. Boylan is an awesome person, doctor and a listener. If you're looking for better options to your old doctor or your uninsured. Please stop by and talk to Dr. Boylan.

Dr Boylan is amazing. She has such a kind sweet spirit and very thorough. I never feel rushed or misunderstood. She tries to get to the bottom of what's going on with me, even if it means an extra visit or call. Definitely worth the investment.

Dr. Boylan is a wonderful and thorough doctor. She does everything herself which cuts so many costs and her membership plan makes so much sense to help avoid insurance and big government control. I am now a big fan of direct primary care and will continue to support her business.

Questions & Answers

Do you provide pre-natal care for families?

Stephen-Suni Brown | Oct 7, 2021
Noreta Family Medicine | Oct 7, 2021

Noreta Family Medicine can confirm a pregnancy and provide pre-conception counseling services. For the remainder of a patient's pregnancy, we refer patients to our OB colleagues who will deliver them. Noreta can still care for pregnant patients if they are sick or have a non-OB related health concern. Thanks for asking!

Do I have to be a member to receive services?

Noreta Family Medicine | Oct 7, 2021

No you do not. In addition to the monthly membership, I offer a one-time visit for folks that do not need refills, or follow up visits. The one-time visit does not come with access to the patient portal, after hours access to me, any additional visits, or refills. The one-time visit is meant for people that have a medical need, but don't want to spend hours waiting in an urgent care or emergency room.

What does a membership do for me?

A membership gives you many benefits! It allows you to come to the office when you need to without any extra charges - no per visits fees, co-pays, or bills sent to you in the mail. You also are given online portal access to view your results and message me directly. With a membership, patients can contact Dr. Boylan after hours for urgent concerns or questions. You will also have access to refills on our hugely discounted medicines. Thanks and take care!

Do you take insurance?

Noreta Family Medicine | Oct 7, 2021

No, we do not file insurance claims in order to be able to spend more time with our patients and keep our prices low! However, you can still use insurance to pick up your medications, for specialist referrals, or to have an x-ray/CT/MRI/etc. if you wish. If you don't have insurance, we have negotiated discounts for some of these services, so you might be surprised how affordable they can be! Thanks for asking!

How much is the monthly fee?

Hello! It is $70/month for adults and $25/month for children. I also work with small businesses to provide care for their employees. Thanks for asking!
