Fixed my problem fast. Spent two hours on the phone (waiting mostly) and of course the phone service is a joke so I decided to go to the store and was out in 15 minutes. Much easier for me .

Nothing but amazing service. I forget the lady that helped us for at least 40 minutes switching off Google Fi. Super helpful and in the end I got my phone service back. Truly thankful for her and her patience

We had an internet outage in our area Tuesday night into Wednesday morning due to a fallen tree. Spectrum came out yesterday (Wednesday) to repair the damage and get service back up and running. For the most part, they did, except for our house, which isn’t in the neighborhood across the street. They just didn’t hook the wiring from our house into whatever they repaired. Just left us with no service. We called Spectrum and the earliest they could get back out was Saturday. Four days with no internet because someone was incompetent. Their mistake but we are paying for it. Pictures below.

I love spectrum always there's when you need em. Yes it's hard to talk to a real person cuz most problems can be fixed with automatic system

Call the 1-800 number on Charter and the automated system will tell you if there's an outage in your area and the ETA
Joe Stepp the football game is what started The problem because so many people are watching it I've called Spectrum 2 time's 1 just a few minutes ago and they said they don't call you back after 9:00 P.M. or before 8:00 A.M. then assured me that they are working on it many cities are effected by the outage's they hope to have it back working before morning. That they would call me back after 8:00 A.M. or when They have the problems resolved. MY Cable has been out since around 5:00 P.M. I don't even watch Sports. Ridiculous as much as Costumers have to pay. I'm not very happy to say the least. Price's increasing and so are outage's.

One reason I hate Spectrum. The channels go out all the time. We paying for a service and they do nothing on their end to compensate

Your boxes can be replaced. I was talking to a Spectrum agent recently regarding another matter and I got the impression all old equipment will be changed anyway. I don't think any of that will raise or lower monthly charges....BUT if you haven't seen all their newly lowered, NO CONTRACT rates- I'd go by 8n person and see what you could walk away with.
