The printing department at the Office Depot store in Santa Maria, CA, has an awesome team member who is oatient, friendly, knowledgeable and an expert in her position. She assisted me in sending my forms via email.

The only Office Supply in town as far as I'm concerned. They also have a nice print shop and copy mart. They have survived Costco move the end of Toys R Us and a dozen or more other Stores Same location for decade's. Always a reasonable price and can't be beat on Toner. They even have that obscure Off Brand cartridge for your antique Color Fax machine!
