Let me start with it is our fault that we missed an appointment because my husband was having a heart problem. However a previous time we chin up for an appointment and they refused to take our dog because the air-conditioning was out. They said they called us but there’s no log of it on our phone. They didn’t apologize and their attitude was cavalier. One of the ladies argued with me with a negative attitude saying we had two no shows. How would I know they turned away people because of the air conditioning if we hadn’t shown up and they refused us? Anyways the same lady brought it up without provocation when I showed up to the last appointment. I simply said “we say otherwise but it’s not worth arguing.” Why would this lady bring it up? This lady is rude and does not know how to have a good problem solving, positive attitude in customer service. Not returning, even if they do charge less.
