Yes, but unless you have that channel as part of your package it won't play. Hallmark on demand is also extremely limited with 2-4 movies. *9/10 times the featured movie will not be available.

Changed my programming (increase) and now when I go on ON DEMAND (CBS to watch NCIS) it tells me it is part of a package and I have to subscribe. It still states it costs $0.00. I don't understand. Fox is the same way.. What's going on
