Changed my programming (increase) and now when I go on ON DEMAND (CBS to watch NCIS) it tells me it is part of a package and I have to subscribe. It still states it costs $0.00. I don't understand. Fox is the same way.. What's going on

Get their services cut off,they are a horrible co. I have nothing but problems with their services equipment etc etc
