Rents going up everywhere so it was hard for me to find an apartment that I can afford until I came across Marquis at Sugarloaf. I'm paying less than $1,500 for about 840 Sq ft. The community is very nice and clean. The walls in the apartments seem thick because I've never heard any noise from my neighbors below and next to me. The patio is my favorite spot to hangout and it's looks a lot bigger in person than the pictures I've seen on on Google. Not only is the community great, Duluth is very nice. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a quiet area and doesn't want to be too far away from Atlanta.

Talked to the people in the office multiple timea to get the trash that was left in my hallway. It's been two weeks and nothing. Also the neighbors are getting louder and louder every Saturday night. It's 3am people, some people still have to work.

Yes. There is a fitness center, pool, dog park, playground for kids, tennis courts, a nature trail for walking and a car wash. I hope this information helped.

Thanks for your question about Marquis at Sugarloaf! We are a pet-friendly community and up to two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. Some dog breeds are also prohibited. A non-refundable $300 pet fee is required for one pet, and a non-refundable $500 pet fee is required for two pets.
