So I was definitely hesitant at first after reading the negative reviews on Google. But my experience was nothing short of 5 stars. I called earlier in the day the phone was answered promptly. The associate was very kind and helpful. And when I got to the store later that same day to ship out my package, the employees were all very helpful. Made feel great and confident with my transaction. Keep up the good work.

The young lady did not like my attitude... So, after I left my package with a pre paid label, properly boxed and labeled, she apparently ripped it off, found my address, and sent it back to me. Odd, that is actually illegal.

extremely rude and un-knowledgeable customer service and “store management”….sold a service that was incorrect and then became extremely rude and pushy. after my wife attempted to get some clarification, Brittany/tove we’re very rude and condescending. then threatened to call police when transaction questioned and refund requested for unfulfilled service. Don’t waste your time if customer service/UPS procedures are needed.

I tried to ship a laptop to Puerto Rico. Original clerk was kind and polite. Unfortunately, she sold me a shipping rate that isn’t available because of the lithium battery in the computer. It was returned back to me. Brittany, the “manager” didn’t take the time to listen to what happened or that I had spoken to two people in the hazardous materials department at UPS who told me what code needed to go in it to ship, and the class of service that it needed to be sent. She very rudely stated that she is refusing to ship the package (with the required shipping service). She said the owner (who “pays her bills”) will contact me. I have yet to hear from him via phone or email. Brittany needs some extra customer service training in order to be an effective manager dealing with customers. I have been “banned” from the store due to a negative but true review on yelp. This is how she deals with customers who have a problem…. This is just a copy store in a strip mall, that also has an Office Max a few doors down. Save yourself the aggravation and go there!
