The entire process from beginning to end was an absolute breeze and my salesman Brad Lanier kept me updated throughout the whole process. I bought a new Xpress H22B a few weeks ago. Salesman wasn't very knowledgeable about several questions I had the day I was there making the purchase. The boat never was tested in a lake at all. It would not even plane off and they refused to accept any responsibility of it being incorrectly setup with the wrong prop or offer a trade. So I'm out of another $700 to buy my own. Also have a leak that I'm going to have another dealership fix for me. Was told the boat had a automatic bilge pump and it doesn't. Many screws throughout the boat were loose or halfway driven in. Poor service across the board but to be expected in today's workforce it seems.
