A bunch of great folks that know what they are doing. The manager went out of his way to save me money. I have a maintenance contract with Good Sams that requires a yearly inspection and serviced. One dealer told me the work would be well over $2,500 but after some phone calls and checking Reynolds showed me how much of the work had to be done by a certified RV tech and what I could do myself. Then he showed me what to do. Wow who does that? I will tell you who, a company that wants you to be a long term customer. They are not just trying to make a fast buck. Thank you!

We had someone break out the back window of our travel trailer. We were struggling with the insurance company and other repair places. One call to Reynolds RV and they were on the case. Such knowledgeable people work there. Then I asked about a flat tire that had caused some, what I thought was slight damage turned out to be more. They kept me informed and worked with the insurance company. All in all a very positive experience and I really appreciated everything they did for me.
