I usually go in the evenings and never have to wait for equipment. It's clean, quiet, and small. The only bummer is you pay the same price to go to the Fortuna gym as the people who go to the Arcata Aum, which has a sauna and a racquetball court. Seems like the Fortuna gym deserves a discount.

If you are having a hard time finding an open machine make the trek to the Friendly City. Usually low trafficked, this location is clean, newish and has a lot of options as far as machines and classes.
