First off, I would like to say everyone expectations of clean is different. While at our stay, our room trash wasn’t taken out and our sheets/towels weren’t changed unless asked which I thought was odd compared to other hotels but that’s no problem. During the days the sheets weren’t changed I would fix them and one day I found a tampon wrapper and holder underneath the bed. I informed the maid of it , she said she would check it out but did not remove it! That was a major issue for me but being it was the holidays I knew other rooms would be limited. Staff is friendly, area is super good for food options, hotel breakfast was okay too, overall everything would have been great if it weren’t for that little cleanliness issue.

5 stars because Kiesha the receptionist at the front desk was amazing she was patient with me while I called my bank and I was on hold for a while and she was still friendly and helpful. Thank you for your service

BEWARE THEY ARE CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS!!!! As of 8-7-21. Booked online. Arrived at 11:00pm. The hotel is closed for renovation. Customer service took approx 1 hour to get thru to and go thru 3 people to finally get a refund. Other Choice hotels in the area didn’t have pet friendly rooms. A lot of questionable people hanging out around the parking lot of this hotel and those around. Why would you accept reservations if you’re closed for renovations? Apparently this has been an ongoing thing looking back thru the reviews up to 11 months ago. Shame on you! Turn off reservation acceptance for your hotel. We went to the Drury Inn & Suites Airport and had a great stay there.
