Workers are less than friendly. Often out of several items. Short lobby hours. Overall it has really gone downhill, sadly enough. side note: I think it's annoying that if you order two quarts of ice cream instead of one you have to pay a penny more. It's 7.99 for a quart and 15.99 for two. I wonder how many people notice the math...

Guy named Chris at the drive thru tried to tell me that they "don't serve coffee here" 🙄 I just remained silent until he said "just kidding". I did end up getting what I asked for but it was an annoying experience.

Worst Dunkin Donuts experience I’ve ever had. Seemed to only have one person working. Lobby was closed so drive-they took an eternity. Got the order wrong.

Ashley at the drive-thru was rude and impatient. Ordered my daughter a scoop of ice cream and a sausage and cheese croissant for myself and this is what I get.. old sausage and burnt cheese. Ridiculous and a waste of money.
