I took the grands out to shop for necessities and some errand runs, and they were soon tired and hungry. My daughter and I agreed Applebee's would work for all involved. There were 6 kids with us including a friend from school for one of my grands. We like to allow the kids to have dining experiences around a table and they do well in restaurants, except the smaller girls love to make several visits to the 🚻 restroom for hand washing. The food came and there was silence. They liked the experience and so did my daughter and I.

First time here. Former server and in hospitality. Came in at 5 on a Sunday. There was plenty of tables open, but waited 15 min for our 4 top. No big. People walking in after us were seated immediately. After being seated our table was very sticky and dirty. We asked if we could have a wipe or something to wipe the table down. The host brought us a brown paper towel with a SQUIRT of hand sanitizer on it….. okay…..Our server took our order, she was not very happy to be there. Never greeted us or anything just came to the table and we ordered. Our server had two tables. Us and the couple behind us. She walked past us 4 times, to the table behind us, and asked if they needed anything. Not once did she ask if we were ok if we needed anything. Never got any refills. Even after visiting the table 4 times and on the fourth time saying excuse me, she walked away. After 45 min I got up and walked out with our child and our food had finally arrived. During our 45 min the people who were seated before us were walking out after having eaten and cashed out. My husband asked for boxes to go. Got the check 15 min later. Never again will I waste my time here. Not sure what the issue was- never had been here- we weren’t rude or impolite- it was weird. Pictured is a $16 meal. The chicken tenders were the “2 for $25”. Better off going across the street to Wendy’s. $60 in the trash.

The server was nice, but not very fast. I waited forever for a refill on my soda and my daughter never received her complete order. The food once we got it was OKAY. They had two people standing at the hosts stand basically doing nothing and they weren't that busy. There were a lot of empty tables. I was pretty disappointed overall, but still left a good tip because overall it wasn't really the servers fault. It's been a while since we've been here and I imagine it will be a long time before we go back.

Came in with a crowd of 16 just a couple hours before closing time. Called ahead to make sure they could accommodate us and upon arrival nobody knew that we were coming. But the waiter and waitress/host and hostess were very accepting of it all and super nice. We were seated and our orders were taken promptly. Waitress was very patient with me while I ordered. Only thing that could have been better would be more vegan options on the menu but it all worked out well.
