The rooms were standard. There was no cleaning service. We had to go to the front desk to get clean towels after 3 days. Every interaction with a staff member included them watching something on their phone while assisting customers. On top of the poor service it is only accessable from one direction. Because of this local restaurants will not deliver to the hotel and since you would have to cross a 4 lane freeway you cannot walk anywhere.

One of the best places to stay. You are treated as royalty in this place by the employees. The place is very clean. Has a very nice olympic size swimming pool. And plenty of activities and things to do. It has great accommodation such as handicap accessibility, livery service, and delivery service. Very family friendly environment. You will love your stay here.

Super large room. Very quiet and comfortable. Impressive wide open atrium with the pool in the middle, surrounded by the bar, restaurant, and dining area, so if you're self-conscious in your swimsuit, you may suffer some anxiety swimming. We did the stay on the way to the airport thing with long-term parking at the hotel. Security monitoring of the parking lot, shuttle was prompt, and drivers were helpful and courteous. I am very satisfied with our stay. I will visit again when staying in St Louis.

The room was clean and quiet -- no noise from other guest rooms. The bed smelled clean and fragrance-free -- in addition to the bed linens, the bed comforters are washed for each stay -- that doesn't happen at lower-end hotels. The pillows were comfortable with a choice of firm and/or squishy.

Yes, just call or ask at the front desk. Shuttle runs every 30 mins in the morning. I have only used mid mornings around 8-9 am.
Im not sure but they put up parking gates now i believe so people can't leave their cars there while they travel. But when you enter you get a ticket so I'm pretty sure u can leave your car there for 12 days and pay a pretty penny when you leave the lot but i am just guessing and assuming you should probably call for more accurate details
For $130 you can stay the night and park your car. It's called park and fly reservation.
How far is the airport from the hotel?
I didn't have a good experience as well... the room is not properly cleaned and the infrastructure is really old. They don't seem to care repairing broken stuffs nor installing a descent heater. I agree with the comments above, go somewhere else.
Cheaper if you go on priceline or hotwire...i got a room there for about 50 a night....regular price was about double that
Yes, but they charged us parking for every night we were gone. We had a large group on return, it took a while for them to pick us up.
Yes we go for lunch at least once a week and have not had a problem
