I didn't have a good experience as well... the room is not properly cleaned and the infrastructure is really old. They don't seem to care repairing broken stuffs nor installing a descent heater. I agree with the comments above, go somewhere else.
They have bedbugs bad. I would book somewhere else.
They doing their best. Just glad its open. Alot of people depend on their jobs their.
Its a horrible place to stay, even if they allow small dogs to stay. The service was, well, non existent. My wife and i's car was broken into in their "secure" garage. We were double charged for our rooms and it took 6 months to get our money back. I recommend going somewhere else if at all possible.
They didnt this summer.
Prepaid on hotwire.... then they wanted a $250 deposit for one night! The hotel is NOT part of a chain anymore and is in dire need of remodel. Downtown is a Rough area... I'd avoid and go the burbs.
Yes they do for additional money
If they do dont. They have bed bugs and you shouldn't expose dogs to it.
This hotel is garbage. Sleeping in your vehicle would be a better bet.
