I came in with my son to get a library card and they were very kind and helpful. They treated us with respect and courtesy. My son enjoyed the atmosphere, choosing his books and playing on the computers. We highly recommend our NYPL Harlem branch !

Yes, through AARP. They are done every Friday and Saturday from 10-2 until April 11th. It can get very busy and it is first come, first served, so it is best to get there early (by 9 or 9:30) in order to get a spot.
