Why this location continues to harass, intimidate, and belittle clients? Why staff doesn't have empathy or sympathy for clients? Who gives any of you the authority to mistreat patrons? Treat people the way you want to be treated.

I have been a part of this branch(9 west 124th street since I was able to read (I am now 74 years old), remember wood floors etc.,paper library cards n ssshhh! I have never seen nor heard of the staff being disrespectful. I have been there when women were getting robbed of their purses, n the person or persons responsible were chased at the the probable detriment of the staff as well as other infractions. PLEASE don't make it seem as though this is a terrible place.

Actually, out of all the Harlem locations, this is where I have the moat positive experiences.
