My husband and I visited Kathy at Pirate Cove Vape shop today. We were interested in learning about the fundamentals of vaping as we want to transition from cigarettes. Kathy spent a long time with us explaining the different kinds of vape products available to us and how to use them. Ultimately we purchased our first vapes and are hoping this will help us with our transition. Jury is out on the vapes but a big 5 stars for Pirate Cove and Kathy! Thanks Kathy!

I bought a 5 pack of coils from a young man. I called him and told him they were the wrong ones and he told me to bring them back to return them.. I brought them back and there was a young girl there.. She said she can only return 3 out of the 5 because they were opened. I told her that it was the boy's fault for giving me the wrong coils I shouldn't have to pay for Someone else's faults.. She proceeded to tell me the rules of FDA blah blah blah. I told her I was never coming back. She said thats fine and maybe I should be nicer. But maybe they should hire people that actually know the product. So you have a rude employee and an employee that doest know the product. If there are FDA rules and regulations maybe they need to attend classes and some training.

Great selection of mods and juice, customer service is ok. I was given one price when looking at a mod then it was $20 more at check out. I know mistakes happen but that was a big difference. Mods are about 15% more expensive here than anywhere else too.
