Went in for a booster shot early like I was instructed to do and was told to take a seat, 45 minutes later the girl that checked me in asked me if I needed help like she had never met me. A few minutes after that a gentleman comes out does not say A SINGLE word to me then sticks me with the needle and tells me I’m good to go. What upsets me the most is that it looks like whoever wrote on my vaccination card had a stroke while writing it. You can’t tell what it says at all, so I don’t think there’s any legitimate proof that I even got it.

It saddens 😥me to know your company does not value the safety of your customers or staff! I visited your store and as I approached the drop off counter in the pharmacy ceiling tiles and water started falling towards me. I have and several staff members have reported this for repair, however there seems not been any sense of urgency to repair the stated damage! I strongly recommend you repair these deficiencies asap to prevent any lawsuits!

CVS left me a message telling me my scrip was on hold for inventory and it would be ready on Friday. Friday comes around and CVS told me they would only charge me full price and needed my insurance to pre-approve what ive been taking for years and that my doctor needed to talk to my insurance. The doctor is a doctor...who doesnt work on Friday AFTERNOONS. MaryAnne at the Bluffton CVS would not let me speak to the manager and told me that if was either pay double OR that I could do business elsewhere despite their screwup. To reiterate: CVS told me my stuff would be ready on Friday, then told me to pay double. Years long relationship with them for the same scrip. The phone service was insulting and rude and i could literally hear the hatred in the lady's voice who spoke with me. One star is too much but Google requires a star to review them. The contempt and opposition towards customer service was at a level ive never experienced.

I don't know what everyone is complaining about? I used to use Publix and they are like the gestapo compared to this CVS. I go to the doctor every month, they now electronically send over prescription, it's a 20 minute ride from doc to CVS and when I get there most of the time in less than 10 minutes it's ready. Recently I have had count issues, last 6 -8 months about 3 times and I will call them about it but otherwise has been a great experience.
