Repaired screen on my iPhone XR, worked for 2 weeks, and then stopped, brought it back within the 30 day warranty period (with receipt) and they refused repair stating water damage, when the phone has been no where near water. They either used cheap replacement parts or do not install correctly.

If I could give ten stars I would! I brought in my pixel 6 pro with a cracked screen, they fixed in less than two hours! They were extremely professional and friendly. They answered all of my questions, and the price was unbeatable! I called around to get different quotes and they all said it would either be a month to get the screen or it would be so expensive I would be better off getting a new phone! ITEK had me a screen in stock ready to go! I am extremely happy and I recommend this small business for all of your computer/tablet/cell phone repairs!

I dropped my laptop off because my center keys weren’t working. They didn’t have the part so they ordered one and within a week and a few hours my laptop was fixed!! It was better than I expected! They matched the new keyboard to my old (it was gold!) & it was SO MUCH cheaper than any other competitors! I recommend ITek over Best Buy any day!!! Always friendly, budget friendly, and awesome job!

I have taken my moms phone to get the screen replaced after she accidentally drove over it. I took it in during their busiest hour, and received a call back a couple of hours later letting me know that it was ready for pick up. It’s been over a year since my moms screen has been replaced and it’s still going strong. I’ve gotten all of my screen protectors for my devices from them. The brothers are friendly and funny and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them.
