She was very kind and explained what I needed to do for after care and answered all my questions. She was patient as this was my first ones. Raven is incredible not only did she do my first piercing, but I came and bought a hoop and a girl by the name of Alyssa put it in a hole that was closed for 14 year I came back and again Raven re-pierced it took the one out that should’ve never been in there, and I cannot express to you how incredible sweet tender and kind Raven is !!!!!! 10 stars for her!!!!!! Not only was she apologetic for something her coworker did who is completely incompetent!!! Raven you were incredible I truly cannot thank you enough anybody ever wants to go and get anything pierced go to Raven hands-down the best the greatest personality and the most kind person I’ve met in a very long time. Thank you Raven I love you girl !!!!!
