We had the BEST experience with Jermaine located in the Verizon section. He's VERY knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Lauren is a jack of all trades. She has a multitude of talent and she's patient with impeccable customer service skills. Jake is another exceptional employee who is also patient, knowledgeable, professional, and a perfectionist at heart. These three individuals are the reason that I return to this Best Buy Store!!! Thank you all!!!

The assistant manager was very dry disconnected and not knowledgeable about the services or procedures. Poor customer service.

Geek Squad not too helpful, didn't appear to be interested in my problem

Do you have indoor tv antennas?
Just wanted to point out that best buy is an electronics business. Not gonna repair your hinges.
They have mask and sanitizer at door.
Not that I know of but you can place them by the road and trash dept will pick them up on your scheduled large trash pickup day
Unless things have changed since last I ask they don't recycle.
I think there still is
Yes eventually you will get someone
He's (or She) usually at the door checking temperatures.
Yes
Yes they do
I have never heard of them fixing phone screens and have never seen an area in the store for that.
Honestly, your best first option is to just find a repair shop that will replace it it's like $50 average excluding iPhones of course. Second best option, is if you have insurance or any kind of coverage on your phone with your provider. Depending on what cell service you have, they'll give you a number to call to find out if they have a mobile or on-site location. The Mobile service, if they have it, would definitely come to you and do the repair or if you have to send the phone in, they will give you that information as well. But they hardly do any repairs now at any of the Best Buy stores. If you do call your cell provider or any provider that has that phone, worst case scenario, maybe you can get the name/number of a repair shop. You'll save time if you just call your Cell Provider and ask. I just went through all of this with a Motorola Droid phone with Verizon. I'm not saying they don't do any repairs at Best Buy, I'm just saying there few and far between. Hope that helps.
Absolutely no company charges the same price and prepaid varies by byod
No some things are cheaper on Amazon... depending on the product
Best buy runs student discounts most of the time so their prices are sometimes lower but check Amazon
Check online.
Electronics can be returned within 14 days. You might get charged a restocking fee. As long as you have the power cords and all the paperwork.
2 to 3 days
It depends on the time and date that you called. Sometimes, they are extremely busy. If that was the case, they were probably worried about the customers that are there more than people that might NOT come to the store.
According to the website there are several options available that you can pick up today
