Honestly, your best first option is to just find a repair shop that will replace it it's like $50 average excluding iPhones of course. Second best option, is if you have insurance or any kind of coverage on your phone with your provider. Depending on what cell service you have, they'll give you a number to call to find out if they have a mobile or on-site location. The Mobile service, if they have it, would definitely come to you and do the repair or if you have to send the phone in, they will give you that information as well. But they hardly do any repairs now at any of the Best Buy stores. If you do call your cell provider or any provider that has that phone, worst case scenario, maybe you can get the name/number of a repair shop. You'll save time if you just call your Cell Provider and ask. I just went through all of this with a Motorola Droid phone with Verizon. I'm not saying they don't do any repairs at Best Buy, I'm just saying there few and far between. Hope that helps.
I went to have a Samsung Galaxy s8 repaired, and we were told that they didn't do screen repairs
I am not sure...you can call the store and they have great customer service
