It depends on the time and date that you called. Sometimes, they are extremely busy. If that was the case, they were probably worried about the customers that are there more than people that might NOT come to the store.

I called from Gray, GA and was still on hold when I arrived and I never spoke to anyone.... Worst Best Buy ever....
They got too big for their britches. I live nearby. Just not worth the hassle when customer service hits the commode.
