He's (or She) usually at the door checking temperatures.
It turns out it is hard to speak with the manager even when in the store. Last week I have had many instances of needing to speak with him, Brian as I understood his name to be. I never actually met him. Hope this helps. Wait for a pickup on the store line and ask for him.
