I just wanted you to know about the bad experience I had at your Presidential pkwy macon, ga location.   I walked in was not greeted never was acknowledged that i was in the store.  Was never asked if i needed assistance.  When i walked by an employee they wouldn't look me in the eye.   They were either working on inventory or talking to friends that came in.  I work in retail and i know what customer service is about.  When i checked out she wanted to know if i found everything i needed.  I told her no because no one asked me if i needed help.   She apologized but its not enough.  Ill never go in there again.  Ill go to the one at rivoli crossing first. This will be my selected store from now on. 😀 The associates were super friendly and helpful. Antoine greeted us and assisted us throughout or shopping experience. I found exactly what I needed, no crowds, plenty of inventory to choose from.
