Been having problems for the last few years. Vacuums don't work well , dryer doesn't work like it should , washing brushes don't work or they are closed because of problems. When I buy a pass to use anytime and I can only get a good wash half the time I may as well go to Kwik Trip for half the price.

it has been broken down alot lately and I got my truck washed and it didn't get all of it. my truck was still really dirty. The vacuum hoses are not out alot lately too. I have been very disappointed lately. Thinking about canceling my subscription.

Wow!!!! They advertise for 24/7 touch less drive through car wash. The open sign is always on but when you pull up there’s cones in the driveway not allowing you to enter. …Hi Ashley Sorry we did not meet your expectations of our car wash. For the 24/7 touchless wash we do close down when tempertures are lower than 0* and infortunately we have had some of those nights? Perhaps those are the nights when you are coming to wash your car. Please stop by the store and we can change your memberships to inactive if you find those are the times you want to wash your car on the cold nights. We thank you your feedback.
