It's a pretty cool little park in the summer time. Not much to offer in the winter and fall. Right next to mead school. Make it convenient for kids and patents alike.

Yes. The splash pad opens today, May 25th 2018.
Probably the Wisconsin Rapids park and Recreation would be able to answer that question.
They turn the water on and off at certain times. Then you have to play with the controls to actually get water to come out.
Splash pad open till 8:00 I believe.
