I called on a Sunday morning and left a message. To my surprise I received a call back in just a short time. Tom came out and took our grandfather clock apart and cleaned it. Showed me how to oil it. Put it all back together and it works perfect. Tom is also a great guy and very approachable. Who does this on a Sunday? Very affordable price, Thanks Tom

Thomas was extremely helpful with my fiber optic flower lamp clock. The clock didn't work and had an annoying hum. He had it up and running the same day I dropped it off. And it is so quiet.
