Finally received my order an hour and a half after placing it after being told 30 minutes for delivery. Did not receive my drink or the extra sauces I paid for. Tried to call back several times and was never able to get anyone on the phone. Worst experience with pizzahut.

Normally I have a great experience with my pizza but tonight my pizza was not good at all. The crust was hard and the pizza itself was very dry, not at all what I am used to from you. Me and my wife was very unhappy

After years of getting used to the hut favorite crust flavor the pizza is kinda lacking without it. This is going to be the last time I order from any Pizza Hut or recommend one for the foreseeable future. Let me know when your crust is good again y'all.

I ordered a Dinner Box with 2 pizzas, cheese bread and wings. The cheese bread was burnt and the crust of the pizza was flaky (old). I called to ask that they remake my order. I received the same exact thing burnt cheese bread and flaky crust pizza. I don't understand how they could serve burnt food with no problem at all. Never again!
