Incredibly unhelpful, and they take forever to schedule appointments. When you do finally get in, unwilling to provide aid. If you require surgery, consider Orthopedic associates. If you don't meet Spectrum's surgical pre-requisites, they essentially just tell you that you have to live with whatever pain you are enduring, no matter how bad.
