During the height of COVID-19 (February 2021), I searched all over trying to find a daycare in the area that would take care of my baby girl. I contacted numerous daycares, including Alphabet Soup, only to be put on what seemed like mile long waitlists. I didn't expect for a spot to become open but by the grace of God, one did in July 2021. My daughter was just shy of being a year old when she started at Alphabet Soup. Let me tell you, from the first email interaction with Miss Bobbi, to meeting face to face, and being greeted and welcomed by the staff at Alphabet Soup -- it was better than I could have ever imagined. I came armed with so many (silly) questions but Miss Bobbi has the patience of Job and is just the most loving, caring, and down to earth person. Miss Bobbi and her staff are extremely welcoming and kind. Most of all, these individuals TRULY care about your child's well-being and their safety and treat them like their own. The first month of daycare, my daughter had a real hard time adjusting (as did I). But being able to get photos, videos, and updates on her daily, really helped ease my anxiety and fears. Even when my daughter transitioned from the infant room to the wobbler room, Miss Casey and Miss Shannah) took the extra time to ensure that my daughter felt comfortable and secure enough to move on her own which I appreciate beyond words. My daughter loves coming here and it makes my heart so happy knowing she is going somewhere where she can be engaged while having fun and feeling safe and loved. I look forward to sending my second daughter here as well in the near future. If you are looking for a daycare that will meet all of your needs as a parent (and then some), look no further! Wonderful place with incredible teachers & staff! Our child has been attending for over 2 years, and everyday he is excited to go! The teachers do a great job keeping parents involved in their child’s daily curriculum. We are so happy we found Alphabet Soup Childcare and we look forward many more years with them!

After recently relocating to the area, Alphabet Soup welcomed both of my girls with open arms! The communication is fantastic and the staff is even better. All staff treat us like family and any of our questions are answered immediately. We would highly recommend Alphabet Soup to anyone looking for childcare!

I could not be more happy with my choice to send my daughter to Alphabet Soup. After a less-than-stellar experience at my previous daycare, I was very nervous about making the switch. But honestly, after just one day, I knew I had made the right call. All of the staff go above and beyond to make sure my daughter has a great day. Everyone is always kind, courteous, and helpful. I literally could not ask for a better daycare experience!
