Big promises were made but the outcome was subpar. • Their salesman dropped us like a lead balloon once we signed the contract. • Unqualified workers were sent but couldn’t get the job done and did damage. • Issues were swept under the rug and “fixes” never happened. Our hopes were high at the outset of our agreement to use Granite Transformations to replace our kitchen countertop. We should have backed away when we realized that their salesman dropped us like a lead balloon after he got our signatures. Though I tried to get his help throughout the process, I never, ever heard back from him. Sleazy. The owner wasn't much help either. All my communication had to be done through the Office Manager, who was very nice at first but turned on me when I made a complaint. #1 work visit - The scheduled, trained installer did not show up to do the initial measurements. It's an important step in the process because all ordered materials are based on his measurements. In a last minute adjustment, they sent an inept worker who didn’t know what he was doing. He started off assuring us that he was qualified to do the measuring though it wasn't his normal job. When we observed his strange measuring style, we asked some questions. He got so flustered by two low-key questions, he packed up and left. We were left stunned. I then had to request a new appointment and insist that we get a qualified worker. It took a week for the original installer to work us into his schedule to come out and measure. We had already waited six weeks. #1 work RE-visit - When the qualified installer came, he brought with him a very casual assistant who did not measure things well, which resulted in the installer redoing his section. When the day finally came to have our countertop installed, we were excited and hopeful, but were disappointed in the final result. Final Result - In the sales promotion, the salesman had promised very clearly that we would not feel the seam. This turned out to be a false promise. We definitely feel the seam every time I swipe the sponge to clean the counter. What unhygienic bits are being left at the seam each time? We requested that the installer return to look at the obviously felt seam. His observation? He declared that his work was excellent and couldn't have been better. Really. He then promised to have the vanished salesman contact us. Of course, that never happened. Granite Transformations installed a counter-top for a friend many years ago and she can’t feel the seam. Their workmanship has definitely declined. This was also evident in that for weeks I found glue globs in spots not even near the area they glued. Removing the glue was tricky as I wanted to avoid damaging my cabinets. I shouldn't have had to deal with globs of glue all over my counter and cabinets. Overall, the company gets a poor rating. They were very poor in communication, poor in quality, and poor in fulfilling their promises. I would not suggest using this company for kitchen counter replacement. My bad review is due to their poor treatment and low quality workmanship.

Our salesman Craig was great, very professional and brought plenty of samples to choose from. A couple of scheduling changes and an unfortunate and unnecessary heated conversation that could have easily been avoided with a phone call. When you receive a call on a Sunday evening from an unknown number and person and they've been told to start work one day prior to the scheduled date, that's a problem. Ultimately the plumbers, Matt and Michael, we're on time, performed the disconnect and sink removal very quickly and did a great job the day after the counters were installed with installing the new faucets and drains. Zack and his partner did an excellent job installing the new sinks and counters. Beautiful fit and finish without damaging any drywall. We couldn't have been more pleased with the finished product! Overall, it was a great choice! In less than a day and a half both bathrooms done and beautiful. They cleaned up after the installation and, except for a little dust from the cutting, you wouldn't know they were there. We had bids for over four times the cost we paid. I don't see how anyone could be disappointed. Thanks to Granite Transformations for an awesome job!

Granite Transformations helped us with a successful remodel of our master bath. It was a huge effort involving the replacement of tile on our counters around the jacuzzi and updating the cabinets. They were very professional and did a marvelous job coordinating all of the workers in just a few days to full completion. Kate gave us great designing advice which helped us make good decisions. The results are absolutely stunning! All of the staff including Dan made certain that we were completely satisfied. It was economical since we did not have to pay for a huge tear out of the old counters and cabinets. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The best!! Very professional, very reasonably priced and the finished work is BEAUTIFUL!!! It's been almost a year and we still LOVE every aspect of it. The workers that came to the house were so nice & polite and cleaned up everything, we really appreciated it. We had an "open kitchen" and invited everyone in the condo to see the work, and everyone thought it was amazing- it looked so totally granite! The only thing we don't understand about this company (and they are nationwide) is why they don't advertise on HGTV!!! Every time someone walks into a kitchen and complains about the countertops my husband and I scream "GRANITE RESTORATIONS" to the TV. Same for bathrooms that the house hunters don't like! This would be a no-brainer for the company!!
