One of there insured rear ended my wife at 35mph while my wife was at a complete stop in stop and go traffic. It took them 10 days to take responsibility for the accident and issue us a rental car. The auto body shop contacted them to come and issue the car a total loss, which took Hartford another 7 days to do. Our claims adjuster, Dustin Choate, was very dishonest with us, and went days without returning our calls and emails. We still have not received a payment for our total loss, and the claims adjuster has not returned our calls and emails for 4 days now. We left messages with his supervisor that were never returned. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
