Honestly no idea why there are any negative reviews on here... lived here 2+ years, never had a bad experience and always get quick responses to calls and maintenance requests. Ideal location, quiet. Obviously not for the Karens.

Update 5/2022: I have been living here for over 4 years. The first few years were great but once Rhys and his crew left things started to go downhill. The past year especially have been really hard to live here. The office isn’t as friendly. I usually feel like I am a burden by asking them a question. Getting ahold of them by phone isn’t easy. Even email takes a couple days. Noel used to be SO friendly but now it’s like he’s afraid to be friendly with the residents. They are kinda loosey goosey with the rules. The resident events are no longer. Was hoping they would start back again or at least be creative with them. Things that were announced to happen and change around the property has yet to happen. I liked the first 2ish years but now it’s depressing.

We lived here a few years, had to move back to SC for work. Breaks your heart to leave. We miss the trees and trails every fall bursts of color. Everyone was very nice. Just whoa-Oregon is friwendly! Office was great, very helpful. Asks after my family and remembers us and our favorite coffee places! Clean, clean, clean. I saw the grounds guy walking every day and boyhowdy it showed!

I was in a house for 20 years before coming to Parkridge. I was a little nervous coming from a house to an apartment, but I had nothing to be nervous about Parkridge was amazing! I called this place my home for three years. It is pristine, and everyday I woke up to the surrounding woods. It's like living in a park, no joke! The amenities are outstanding and Mt. Park Rec Center is awesome. Shellie and Courtney in the office are the most beautiful, kind, sincere and professional management team I have ever dealt with. Plus, they throw great parties! Maintenance is friendly and will repair immediately upon request. The value you receive here is unmatched. I would recommend highly!
