I called the 2nd street store to inquire whether they had a product in store since the Santee store was out. The girl who answered the phone didn't know so she was going to transfer me to another employee. I was on hold for quite a while then she came back on the phone and tried again and again no answer. I finally just hung up. Add this to the other negative comments and I think the 2.4 rating is extremely generous My son tried calling and got the same. I ended up going to the store on Navajo and got exceptional service.
