I came in here to get a duplicate key for my vintage safe. It was a unique key and they had a blank for it that was similar but too thick-told me I could try it and come back if it wouldn't work. If it did it would be more stable which was a plus, and wouldn't have broken in half like the extra key that I was replacing. Unfortunately it was too thick and I brought it back. They offered to grind it down or refund me. I said go ahead and try grinding it and I'll be back when it's ready. They came a day or so later and I went to pick it up. It seemed to look identical to the original so I was stoked. Again it wouldn't fit into the cylinder so I came back AGAIN and they continued to grind it down until it seemed like it would work. I'm currently here. They are more than happy to make sure the customer leaves happy and I'm definitely going to be back with any other locksmith needs I have. Also, they have a plethora of key blanks (and various key/lock related accessories-pictures here as well) so if you're having a hard time finding a locksmith with an odd key blank that needs duplicated, and also has awesome customer service, then this would be your place! Definitely recommend!
