I don't work at best buy but on their website, you can search for what you need and once you select if you want it delivery or picking up you can search which store has it on stock.

Look up the price for the optical drive, I did and found it for $66. Maybe another $100 for labor. So you're looking at like $200 for parts and labor.

Maybe you have a bunch that are saved. If you disconnect the phone from the outlet and take the battery out you might be able to do a hard reset
