I really enjoyed the year that I lived here! It’s in a great spot downtown across from the capitol building, has a good gym, and nice apartment space. The property manager Angela was always really responsive and helpful. Overall, a great living experience

I lived in Old City Hall apartments for a couple years until a few weeks ago. It was hard leaving. It is such an amazing building, with an excellent manager who's office is on the premises and is very helpful anytime help is needed. The maintenance guys are also there, and super fast to respond to any needs, friendly and professional. It's rare to find a place that's pretty much worry free, and such a unique building. The unit itself I loved. New kitchen and bath, washer and dryer in unit. 10 or 12 foot windows, super high ceilings, and clean. Heat and AC work great, and utilities are low. The location is a bonus. Plenty of cafes and restaurants to walk to, and the foot bridge to City Island and the riverside park is a strait shot 4 blocks or so down Walnut. The capital grounds are literally across the street from the front door. When I return to PA I would not hesitate to move right back in.

If you are looking to live in downtown Harrisburg, Old City Hall is a great place to live. The building manager and staff are very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. The location is hard to beat - right across the street from the capitol complex and only a few blocks from dining and entertainment. The building itself is very secure, quiet, and charming with friendly residents! The loft units are very unique with high ceilings and windows, in-unit laundry, and thick walls between units. If I didn’t have to move for career purposes, I would have stayed at OCH in a heartbeat. I can’t recommend OCH enough for Harrisburg residents!

Our company rents a 1 bedroom loft for about $1100 - $1200/mo. I believe that covers at least 1 parking spot as well. .
