I don't know but don't go to a PV hearing with a public defender they work with the DA's and don't return phone calls and eventually will sell you down the river I have a case out of that office now and my PD is terrible and he is supposed to be the supervisor so if you have to get one make sure you don't get Eric Delp just warning you
