Our family had a blast with strawberry picking. Great for a day out with kids!

Live nearby and other local farms have prices almost double what is here. My wife loves going here on a weekday with the little one. Best time is mid-week to go.

Great family experience. 4 year old enjoyed the market store and then we got to pick our own pumpkins at their u-pick

Love Strite's!!! Bakery always has fresh goods, and tastes amazing! Fresh fruits and vegetables well worth the trip!! Picked up corn stalks for Halloween party decorations tonight
Strawberries peak in June. U-Pick will likely start then. I suggest signing up for their newsletter via email or follow them on Facebook to get the latest info
I believe they are open all year. They sell baked goods and canned/jarred items.

Strites Orchard | Oct 7, 2021
It is going to open tomorrow 6/18. Hours are Sat 8am to 4pm, Sun 11am to 3pm, and M-F 8am to 6pm. We don't have a really large crop this year so it will probably only last a week or two.
Is cherry there for picking ?

Strites Orchard | Oct 7, 2021
Yes, sweet cherries are now available and sour cherries will be available this weekend.
Not that I have yet seen but if you call they always answer and are super nice
Do you sell collard plants?
Kathleen R Butts | Oct 7, 2021
Strites Orchard | Oct 7, 2021
We do not. You can seed them yourself around mid-June. From what I've always been told my understanding is that collards need a hard frost to get proper flavor so it doesn't make sense to plant them in the spring.
As a regular customer of Strites you can't go wrong! Fresh apple cider, crisp delicious apples of all kinds! I bake and make jams and preserves. Everything has turned out so delicious! Making apple butter tomorrow!
Make sure to call ahead for hours and availability. Picking hours are different than store hours.
Strawberries may not be in much longer, but they usually have u-pick for several other fruits (sour cherries, blueberries, peaches, and apples) over the summer/fall.
